Dear reader,
Everyone is an expert these days. Whether you are in the health, mining or manufacturing industry, everyone seems to know that climate change is a real crisis that affects both the operational aspect and mental state of workers. It’s just so obvious for them. Undeniable.
When you dig a little deeper, it become apparent that it’s not some climate change crisis that responsible for problems, it’s down to leading, planning, implementation and control, in other words, those that manage.
Is the climate change crisis just a distraction to hide incapable managing? We think so. People have trouble to accept blame and responsibility. You will also be backed up by those who have an invested interest in you and your business. It’s always someone else’s fault.
By making partnerships, you protect each other and ensure that fingers do not point in each others direction. Your deals and successes benefit all involved. Unfortunately, you will also often turn a blind eye to your partner’s unethical decisions and management styles to achieve your goals.
This is what is happening in our world. Everyone is involved with everyone. A climate change crisis brings everyone together as it affects everyone. All speak with the same tongue. Not us.
Happy reading,
Tim
