Hi Adriaan,
Please find edition 4 of June 2021.
Where is this so-called tsunami of death as per yesterday’s article (https://www.news24.com/news24/analysis/inside-an-icu-were-filling-hospital-beds-as-quickly-as-doves-takes-away-the-bodies-of-the-dead-20210624)?
“Tsunami” of Covid cases in Gauteng? What has healthcare done to prepare? Was there no time to increase iCU beds?
This does not happen out of nowhere. It’s also flu season as you know. They had lots of warning and 2020 case studies.
They had over a year to make preparations. Keep SA open!
“I once spent an entire day bringing down an intubated patient’s temperature from 39 to 38 degrees Celsius”.
You get the same fever temps with flu as well. The interviewed nurse’s real name is not mentioned as with doctor’s names in similar articles. If it’s factual, why not mention names?
“Last week we had to call around to find an urgent, urgent bed, and the nearest we could get was in a city 500 kilometres away”. SA has more than 400 public hospitals and more than 200 private hospitals. Gauteng alone had 2,300 ICU beds and over 4,700 ICU beds country-wide in 2009.
It does seem sufficient if looking at the current infections which are still lower than previous waves. MSM is so set in their ways with fear mongering.
Your article suggests that deaths were much worse than in previous waves? See the daily SA Covid deaths in 2021(remember: with Covid and not due to) below from www.arcgis.com:
Climate change is real. Climate change crisis is fake. Easy to prove as nothing really big or significant has changed with our world’s climate over the last century. Show me the opposite that proves disaster is looming. What you only hear is what will happen in the future. Well, this edition will show you how that worked out for experts and scientists.
Climate has always changed. It changes every day, every hour. The longest and shortest days can still be pinpointed to specific days.
If Chicago had their hottest day in 2020 since 1934, it means that in 1933 it was hotter.
There will always be droughts, violent storms and floods. Always have been and always will be.
The sea levels are the same, the sea ice is the same, more polar bears now than ever before, flowers bloom in spring at exactly the right time, the seasons change accurately etc. etc.
Climate needs to change – constantly. If it doesn’t we’ll all die. Climate change is needed for earth’s survival. Be glad it happens!
Tim
